investment instruments backed by AI-focused ventures. All participation is voluntary and conducted using cryptocurrency.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have legal capacity in your jurisdiction

• You are not prohibited from using crypto services

• You are not located in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Financial advice

• Investment recommendations

• Legal or tax advice

Users act independently and are responsible for their own decisions.

4. Investment Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency and AI-related investments involve risk, including but not limited to:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities

Returns are not guaranteed and are illustrative in nature.

5. Fixed-Term Instruments

Returns are determined by selected term length and platform performance.

Early withdrawal may not be available.

6. Performance Dividends

• Reported in real time through the dashboard

7. Crypto-Only Transactions

• All deposits and withdrawals occur in cryptocurrency

• No fiat currency is supported

• Stablecoins may be restricted

Users are responsible for wallet compatibility and transaction accuracy.

8. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing private keys and wallets

• Ensuring accurate transaction details

• Understanding tax obligations in your jurisdiction

Loss of wallet access cannot be recovered by Central Bond.

9. Privacy & Anonymity

The Platform does not require identity verification.

Blockchain transactions are public by nature and outside our control.

10. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal activity

• Attempt to manipulate or exploit smart contracts

• Interfere with platform security or infrastructure

11. Suspension & Termination

Central Bond AG reserves the right to:

• Suspend or restrict access

• Terminate accounts

• Take action to protect platform integrity

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are the property of Central Bond AG or its licensors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Central Bond AG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Liability is limited to platform access provision

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by:

• Network congestion

• Blockchain disruptions

• Natural disasters

• Regulatory actions

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Exclusive jurisdiction lies with Swiss courts.
